Modern building of XX,restaured and located in a very strategic area, just 1 minute walk from bus/car terminal Piazzale Roma and 3 minutes walk from the train station.
The coloured palace of Serenissima looks on a typical 'calle', in one side and in a private court on the other side. Rooms facing the private court have terrace. Private rooms have the possibility to add more beds, on request.
All rooms with private bathroom INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ROOM, colour TV, refrigerator, heating system. We also supply linen and towels. A little self-service breakfast is available in your room, and there is no curfew in operation.
